Job hunting in Greece -tips?

Hey, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $157,600 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Bought a house here in 2019 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone about the same since then.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much established but now it's improving.
