Hey folks, I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 10.6%, which is around average. With a population of 109K, Greeley is a mid-size city. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Let me know your thoughts. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
