Job hunting in Greeley -tips?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,333/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $68,650, which feels about average for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Does this match your experience? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
