Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $904 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in North area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
