Green Bay is underrated, change my mind

Poverty rate is 11.9%, which is around average. Household incomes average around $62,546 in Green Bay. Crime rate is something to consider -Green Bay sits at 503.9 per 100K. Rent is about $904/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
