Is Green Bay good for remote workers?

Household incomes average around $62,546 in Green Bay. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Green Bay?

I've lived in Sunset for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Affordable housing options
- The pet-friendliness scene is solid

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for young professionals. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 5 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is nightlife. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Maple Ridge side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in Maple Ridge area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Indian places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
