Unpopular opinion about Green Cove Springs

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,285/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The public transit is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
