Housing in Green Hill compared to Tucson

Curious what people think. The city has invested a lot in new development.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is tough in most areas.

Used to live on the Greenfield side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in Downtown area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to San Diego it's underrated.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
