Random thought, Poverty rate is 8.9%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 7.1%, which is concerning. The median home value here is around $137,300, which is actually reasonable. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Came here for work and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The traffic is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The food scene is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
