Considering Green vs Las Vegas -help me decide

Alright, I work in government and The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thanks for reading. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the Eastside side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
