Life in Green as a young professional

Alright, Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,381 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. TIA! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the Greenfield side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The pet-friendliness is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
