Random thought, I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $215,100, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. With a population of 2,688, Green Park is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Green Park? Thanks for reading. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.
