Dog-friendly places in Green River?

So, Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $85,399 in Green River. It's a a small town city with about 11,679 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned?

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
