Cheapest neighborhoods in Greenacres?

Been meaning to ask this. I work in legal and Homes are going for about $244,700 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 43,871 people. Rent is about $1,709/month for a decent place. Median household income is $62,917, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Pros:
- Close to nature
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons:
- Limited nightlife
- High property taxes
- Limited cultural events
Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
