Poverty rate is 15.7%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $262,700, which seems about average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
