Biggest downsides of living in Greenbrier?

OK so Military spouse here. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,269 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
