Starting a business in Greenbrier?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,269/month for a decent place. Median household income is $59,099, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a teacher who relocated here from San Francisco about 7 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Decent public transit for the size
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Limited high-paying job options

Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are reasonable, gas is challenging.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Hope this helps!.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is excellent in most areas.
