Longtime lurker here, Median household income is $78,912, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 4,176 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I've lived in Eastside for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Affordable housing options
- Good airport with direct flights
- The walkability scene is improving

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Rising rent and home prices

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..
