Remote worker thinking about Greendale

First post here. I've been here for 7 years and The median home value here is around $289,600, which seems about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? TIA!

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Southern places. I have mixed feelings honestly.
