Best areas to explore in Greenfield?

Hello, Homes are going for about $247,800 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 2 years here, that's my honest assessment.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is underrated in most areas.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Maple Ridge area are pretty good. Kids love it here.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in East. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in tech. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Dallas it's solid.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The housing market is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
