Hey, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $69,016, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Greenfield? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
