It's a a mid-size city city with about 299K people. The median home value here is around $221,300, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to LA it's pretty good.
