Greensboro is underrated, change my mind

I keep seeing people overlook Greensboro when talking about great places to live. With a population of 298,564, it's big enough to have everything you need but small enough to feel like a community. Cost of living is reasonable for what you get. Weather is moderate — about 60F average.

Don't sleep on University District. It's up and coming and still affordable.

I've lived in Lakewood for 5 years and it's still one of the best decisions I made.

If you can afford it, Lakewood is the best place to live. Period.

Weather is the biggest factor for us. Four seasons are nice, not too extreme either way.

Check out the Midtown area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.
