Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and It's a a small town city with about 1,050 people. Median household income is $45,386, which feels on the lower side for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
