Hey everyone, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $177,000 on average. You can expect to pay around $829 for rent here. Rent is about $829/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $177,000, which is actually reasonable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
