Is Greentree getting better or worse?

First post here. Been living here since 2020. Household incomes average around $144,426 in Greentree. It's a a small town city with about 11,024 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from San Diego about 4 years ago. The main reasons were work and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Urban sprawl is real

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are developing, gas is solid.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

I work in consulting here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is challenging. Happy to answer more specific questions..
