Top 5 things I love about Greenvale

So, I work in construction and The unemployment rate is 5.8%, which is about average. It's a a small town city with about 1,095 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers.

Came here for weather and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The housing market is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
