Things that make Greenville unique

Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $728 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 7,229 people. Rent is about $728/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 9 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
