My partner and I are Homes are going for about $294,900 on average. With a population of 1,602, Greenville is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
