First post here. Household incomes average around $36,297 in Greenville. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
