Hey everyone, Just moved here 2 months ago and Median household income is $50,564, which feels on the lower side for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Greenville sits at 463.9 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience? The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
