Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 5.8%, which is about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 88,540 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development.
