Is it worth buying in Greenville?

So, Crime rate is something to consider -Greenville sits at 463.9 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Came here for school and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The outdoor recreation is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Phoenix it's tough.
