How are the schools in Greenville?
Alright, Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Lakewood. It's tough for what you get.
Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in construction you might struggle.
People: Generally decent. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Korean.

Bought a house here in 2021 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
