Alright, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Greenville sits at 131.0 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
