Co-working spaces in Greenville?

Random thought, I'm single, late 30s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Greenville sits at 575.7 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Does this match your experience? The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Highland. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in legal. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Definitely worth checking out..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is excellent in most areas.

I work in tech here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is challenging. Hope this helps!.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The pet-friendliness is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
