Hey, Just moved here 6 months ago and The median home value here is around $453,300, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Greenville sits at 575.7 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
