Is it worth buying in Greenville?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2017. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $68,460 in Greenville. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
