How is Greenville for outdoor activities?

Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 10 months ago and The median home value here is around $197,400, which is actually reasonable. It's a a smaller city city with about 29,936 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Lakewood area are challenging. Kids love it here.
