Hey everyone, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $337,100 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,219 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 4 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
