Pros and cons of Greenville after 15 years

Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $1,219/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $110,103 in Greenville. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Appreciate any input.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to San Diego it's hit or miss.
