Hi all, Rent is about $576/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $576 for rent here. With a population of 3,123, Greenwood is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Greenwood? Thanks! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
