I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 21.7%, which is higher than I expected. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
