Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 17.6%, which is higher than I expected. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
