Thinking about relocating to Greenwood from New York

OK so I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $123,400 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much established but now it's better than expected.
