Remote worker thinking about Greenwood Village

Just moved here 1 months ago and Poverty rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Let me know your thoughts.

Bought a house here in 2017 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
