Co-working spaces in Greer?

Hey, I'm originally from Albuquerque and Poverty rate is 7.2%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Greer sits at 433.7 per 100K. Homes are going for about $264,300 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The outdoor recreation is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Indian places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.

I've lived in The Heights for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The pet-friendliness scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for retirees. Hope this helps!.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a software engineer, 26, moved here 3 years ago from Seattle. I've lived in Greenfield and Pine Hills, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Growing food and restaurant scene
2. Active local events and festivals
3. Affordable housing options
4. The people are generally pretty good - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Limited high-paying job options
2. Road conditions need improvement
3. The outdoor recreation situation is affordable and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Greenfield: Great for couples. hit or miss vibes, walkable.
- Pine Hills: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Seattle, everything felt pretty good. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are competitive. Gas is stable. You can live comfortably on $70K-$110K here.

**Final verdict:**
Hope this helps!. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Pine Hills. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in education. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like Italian.

No regrets on my end..

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Fairview. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in marketing. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
