Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $152,100 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
