Commute times in Grenada -how bad?

First post here. I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $152,100, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 10 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Old Town side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
