Rent vs buy in Grenada -what makes sense?

Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $42,470 in Grenada. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
